Yoga Class

Meditative Hatha Flow with Travis Roby Jones. Yoga is the study of stillness within the fluctuations of the mind. When the mind experiences stillness, impressions of the past may be met and dissolved, and we are free to act in the present. Together, in this all levels session, we’ll explore expansive postures while cultivating steadiness. We’ll magnify the space between our breaths and expand awareness towards new and supportive possibility within our mind, body and spirit.
